Carriers Please measure your pet before ordering do not go by the weight as not all pets will fit in this carrier regardless of the weight. Outside dimensions are 19"x11x 11.5". To measure take tape measure from neck or collar area nape of neck to base of tail. This measurement needs to be 16" or less as the inside the bag has this amount of room only. The height is 11" on the outside so to measure for the height take tape measure from floor to the top of shoulder this should be 10" or under for your pet to fit. Please take the time to do the measurements and just do not go by the weight. We discourage the return of pet carriers for sanitary and hygiene reasons.
