carrier is nice and 10 pound Bichon fits inside comfortably. However the zipper doesn't always catch and I'm worried about it breaking on our first trip., My dog is a fox-terrier mix 17lb, 11" floor to shoulder, 16" nape of neck to base of tail and could not fit comfortably in the large carrier. His face was smashed up against the front! Took him to Petco and couldn't fit him in any of the large carriers.
