We found this scale to track our weight a little red macaw. It is easy to calibrate and read. My only complaint is that the perch with less equipment to accommodate a large bird, so we end up wrapping it in a towel and put it in the bowl, she did not like so much. Still not getting the job done., I am satisfied with our super-size bird, when we got our new bird, she was sick, and so we can keep a daily tab how she eats. Works well and is sooo easy.
