So far I've been very satisfied with it; it has 4 outlets that remain permanently on, and 4 that are controlled by timer: 2 for "day mode" and 2 for "night mode"; The timer keeps the time fairly nice; The only con. I can think of is the spacing between the outlets; if you have one or more wide AC plugs, you'll have trouble using all the outlets; since I only need 1 "day mode"...
