Lots of peppers, peanuts, safflower cherries, sunflowers and corn. It looks good enough to eat., 2 Caiques love this life, it spins (growling sound) every time I get them, I was pleased with the food that is my bird, the Mexican double yellow head parrot over 30 years old and Cockatiel. I ordered it as required in fast food and it was one of the few primary navigation. I ordered it as a fill in until I could make it more expensive parrot food I normally feed them. But I was surprised that the quality was good enough to feed my birds all the time. The prize is too big!
