The price is good. It is easy to install. But I see dust floating on the tank water, wondering if it is from the filter., It's a filter, it seems to do what it is supposed to although I have no way to scentifically test the efficiency of the activated charcoal. Certainly in the two 2.5 gallon Betta tanks we have, the water is bright and clear. I do a water refresh every two weeks and change the filters alternate weekends.
